Dollhouse deploys humanoid robots to businesses to serve customers. Today, this primarily involves bringing robot characters to events and conferences on behalf of our business customers to entertain guests and help with marketing. We need an operations manager that can organize and own the physical deployment and operation of our robots at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage talent to physically bring the robots to their deployments
• Manage operational needs such as battery swaps, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs
• Communicate with customers to facilitate on-site deployment
• Organize travel for local and out-of-city deployments

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over
• Be able to communicate well and professionally
• Organized and reliable

Preferred:

• Some experience managing people
• Experience in early stage startups
